Romain Lécuyer

Romain was born on the 8th of February 1961 in Callengeville ( Normandy )

He studied in Rouen before going on in higher education at ISAB (Institute for Higher Agricultural Studies), where he becomes an engineer.

Romain starts competing as an eventer and takes part in 1979 in tne International eventig of Willy in Great Britain with Fakin ( Nankin and Histoire de Rire by Vol de Nuit ).
Than in 1980, il takes part in the eventig pre-selection in Le Mans for the Moscow Olympic Games (transferred to Fontainebleau).

He also rides Neptune du Bec, Royal Feu and Neurine in first category show-jumping during 4 years where he collects the prices
He takes part in the France team championship, and also won many prices in grand Prix with Foyal Feu.

He has been running the SNC Lecuyer Haras d'Ysieux in partnership with his brother Pierre since 1984.

His main activities are :

	Schooling young horses
	Competing in 5 and 6 years old youngsters competition
	Competing on a national level
	Managing Royal Feu’s career as a stallion and very soon his son Highlander Royal’s .( Roana via Barigoule) same career
